Offering services such as group yoga classes, parent coaching and advocacy, corporate wellbeing events, and 1-on-1 yoga, Balance Bridge fosters balance and resilience for people of all ages and abilities. Led by a professional with a Master’s degree in Special Education, is a YT-200 licensed Yoga Instructor, and holds certifications in Applied Behavior Analysis and Leadership, Balance Bridge combines expertise, compassion, and mindfulness to help individuals and organizations achieve their fullest potential.

As a public school teacher with over a decade of experience and a deep passion for fostering growth, I am dedicated to helping individuals thrive in the communities they belong to. As a mother of two, I understand the challenges parents face and am committed to offering guidance and support. My mission is to help people discover their strengths, find balance, and become the best version of themselves.
